After you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email to the provided email address which will contain all your order information.

  • Customized products cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund. We will charge a 20% restocking fee.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You can contact us to return it after you receive it.

Shipping & Tracking

Free standard shipping on all items, if you need faster shipping service, please contact our customer service team in advance.

It depends on where you are. It will take 5-7 business days to process your order. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

UPS, FedEx, USPS and EMS etc. You can contact us for specific information and costs if you want to specify the specific logistics method.

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with images or a video documenting the product and any damage incurred and we will do our best to resolve the problem!
